“ The omakase I had at chef Toshio Tomita's counter was hands down the best I've ever had. His skills are amazing, he uses Japanese fish that aren't normally found in the USA, and only the best ingredients. Attention to detail is very high. The grilled fishes and beef struck me as perfect. Even the garlic in the garlic sauce that he uses on a couple pieces has the perfect crisp. This was the perfect sushi experience. ”
